Troubleshooting server-side solution issues
In the event that new outgoing emails are not being sent or are being rejected, it is recommended to disable the compliance rule in the Google Workspace Admin Console until the source of the interruption is identified.
To disable the compliance rule:
- Log into the Google Workspace Admin Console and navigate to Apps > Google Workspace > Settings for Gmail > Compliance.
- Under Content compliance, in the row of the rule you created for Wisestamp, click Disable.
Once you've disabled the routing rule, your emails will no longer be routed through WiseStamp's servers, and your signature will not be injected into your emails. If you need further assistance with troubleshooting your signature, please contact support@wisestamp.com or your customer success manager.
Please note that as long as the rule is disabled, all emails will bypass WiseStamp's server, even those that may have been previously routed through it. You may need to re-enable the rule at a later time to resume signature injection.
We hope this article has been helpful in guiding you through the process of disabling the compliance rule on Google Workspace. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@wisestamp.com.
