How can I resolve domain integration issues?
If you've signed up for a WiseStamp account but haven't been able to successfully integrate it with your Google domain, check the questions below to make sure that you're fulfilling the conditions required for integration.
Are you the super admin of your Google domain?
Only the super admin of the domain can allow integration with WiseStamp. If the person performing integration doesn't have super admin permissions, you will see the following popup:
To avoid issues like this, make sure that you send the integration request to the email address of the super admin of your domain.
Does WiseStamp have the correct super admin of the domain listed in the back-end?
In order for WiseStamp to connect to your Google Workspace settings, we need to have the email address of your domain super admin listed on our end. If the email address we have listed is incorrect, you won't be able to update your signatures or your users.
If you start having these or other issues that could be related to domain integration, go to your Google Admin settings and double-check the email address listed as the super admin of the domain. If the email has changed since setting up your WiseStamp account, please send the updated address to support@wisestamp.com
Is your API Data Access in Google Workspace set to Granted?

On the page that opens, go to the Data Access section and verify that the status is Granted.
Is WiseStamp enabled for all organizational units?
From your Google Admin console, navigate to Apps > Google Workspace Marketplace Apps > Apps list and select WiseStamp - Email Signature Management for G Suite.
From the User Access section, click View organizational units and groups. Then, on the page that opens, verify that the App Distribution setting is ON for everyone.
