A Step-by-Step Guide to Modifying Transport Rules
WiseStamp's server-side solution is a powerful tool that enables you to route your organization's emails through WiseStamp SMTP to automatically append signatures to your outgoing messages. There might be instances, however, when you need to include certain domains specifically. This article guides you through the process of including specific domains when using the server-side solution in Google Workspace for WiseStamp.
Follow these steps to include specific domains in Google Workspace for WiseStamp:
Step 1:
Sign in to your Google Admin Console using your administrator account.
Step 2:
From the Admin console Home page, navigate to Apps > Google Workspace > Gmail > Compliance.
Step 3:
In the Compliance section, find Content Compliance.
Step 4:
Find the WiseStamp content compliance rule and click Edit.
Step 5:
In the Edit settings, scroll down and click on Show Options.
Step 6:
Check the box that says Use address lists to bypass or control application of this setting.
Step 7:
Select the option Only apply this setting for specific addresses/domains.
Step 8:
You can now either use an existing address list or create a new list. If you want to create a new list, click on Create or edit list and then click on Add address list. Add all the domains that you would like to route through WiseStamp SMTP. Only emails from these specified domains will be routed through WiseStamp and have a signature appended.
Step 9:
Click Save to apply the changes.
You have now successfully set up WiseStamp's server-side solution to include specific domains in Google Workspace. This ensures that only emails from the specified domains are routed through WiseStamp SMTP and have signatures appended.
