Account Upgrades and Plans
This topic outlines the different WiseStamp plans available to you and how to upgrade your account.

Here is a summary of the different plans to which you can upgrade. For more information, see our Pricing page.

WiseStamp PRO |
This plan allows a single user to create multiple signatures that can be assigned to multiple email addresses. This also includes signature design customization, as well as allowing the use of PRO apps. Upgrading to PRO removes the WiseStamp promotional branding at the bottom of the signature. |

WiseStamp for Teams |
WiseStamp email signature management solution. These plans allows you to create, manage and apply email signatures for an entire organization of any size. To see all Teams plans visit out Pricing page. |

Upgrading to WiseStamp PRO
To upgrade your account to WiseStamp PRO:
- Click Upgrade Now at the upper right corner of any page in your account.
- In the dialog box, select a payment method and fill in the details.
- Click Complete purchase.
- Your WiseStamp PRO account is now active.
Upgrading to WiseStamp for Teams
Upgrade from a Free WiseStamp account
If you currently have a free subscription and want to upgrade to Teams, you can do it in one of two ways:
- For a small Teams account with up to 5 users, perform the following:
- Click Upgrade Now at the upper right corner.
- Select Add up to 5 users on the left side of the dialog box.
- In the dialog box, select a payment method and fill in the details.
- Click Complete purchase.
- For a larger Teams account (6 or more users), click Try WiseStamp for Teams and book a demo.
Upgrade from WiseStamp PRO
When upgrading your PRO plan to WiseStamp for Teams, your remaining credit will be deducted from your upgrade price, and your subscription will be extended for another 12 months.
To upgrade your plan from WiseStamp PRO to WiseStamp for Teams:
- Click the Profile icon on the upper right corner and select Plan & billing.
- Click Upgrade to Teams.
- Click Upgrade Now in the popup.
- Select the number of seats you need (5 or 10) in the dialog box.
- Fill in the rest of the dialog box.
- If you have a coupon code, click Add and enter the code in the field.
- Click Apply.
- Click Complete Purchase.
- An invoice/receipt will be sent to your billing email address.

Adding more seats to your WiseStamp for Teams account
If you wish to add more employees to your WiseStamp for Teams account you can easily do it directly from your Plan and Billing page:
- Click the Profile icon on the upper right corner of your account and select Plan & billing.
- Click Add more seats. The Purchase Plan dialog box opens.
- From the dropdown list, select the number of seats you want to add.
- Fill in the rest of the dialog box.
- Click Complete Purchase.
- An invoice/receipt will be sent to your billing email address.

How to remove the WiseStamp promotional branding
The promotion is what helps us offer WiseStamp free of charge to you and other customers. It allows us to keep on developing and adding more functionality. To remove the WiseStamp promotion from your email signature, simply purchase a PRO plan or a Team plan for your company.

NPO's and schools - special discount
As a thank you for the great work you do, we offer 25% discount to all NPO (nonprofit organizations) and schools.
Pricing is dependent on the number of users, so if you would like a quote or if you are interested in learning more about our WiseStamp for Teams solution, please schedule a demo call with one of our customer success managers.
WiseStamp is happy to support nonprofits and educational institutions that are exempt from tax payments on their subscription.
To enjoy tax exemptions send your tax-exemption documentation to our support team along with a copy of your most recent WiseStamp invoice and we’ll be happy to have it refunded for you.
Troubleshooting
Here are the main issues that may occur in relation to this topic:

PRO account is not recognized |
If you purchased a subscription but it's not showing on your account, try the following steps: 1. Log out of your WiseStamp account. 2. Clear your cache and cookies. 3. Log back into your account. 4. You should now see the “PRO” status on your account. If this doesn't work, you may be logged in with an incorrect email address. Log in again using the email address listed on your Plan and Billing page. |
