Our Plans
Here is a summary of the different plans you can upgrade to. For more information visit our Pricing page.

WiseStamp PRO |
This plan allows a single user to create multiple signatures that can be assigned to multiple email addresses and customize their signature design, as well as add PRO add-ons. Upgrading to PRO removes the WiseStamp promotional branding at the bottom of the signature. |

WiseStamp for Teams |
WiseStamp Email signature management solution. This plan allows you to create, manage and apply email signatures for an entire organization of any size. |

Upgrading to WiseStamp PRO
To upgrade your account to WiseStamp PRO:
- Click Upgrade Now at the upper right corner of any page in your account.
- In the dialog box, choose a payment method and fill in the details.
- If you want to open a small Teams account with up to 5 users, select Add up to 5 users on the left side of the dialog box.
- Click Complete Purchase.
- Your WiseStamp PRO account is now active.
Upgrading to WiseStamp for Teams

From a Free WiseStamp account
If you currently have a free subscription and you'd like to upgrade to Teams, you can do it in one of two ways:
- For a small Teams account with up to 5 users, upgrade to WiseStamp PRO and select Add up to 5 users on the left side of the dialog box (see above).
- For a larger Teams account click Try WiseStamp for Teams and book a demo.

From WiseStamp PRO
When upgrading your PRO plan to WiseStamp for Team, your remaining credit will be deducted from your upgrade price, and your subscription will be extended for another 12 months.
To upgrade your plan from WiseStamp PRO to WiseStamp for Teams:
- Click the Profile icon on the upper right corner of your account and select Plan & Billing.
- Click Upgrade to Teams.
- Click Upgrade Now in the popup.
- Select the number of seats you need (5 or 10) in the dialog box.
- Fill in the rest of the dialog box.
- If you have a coupon code, click Add, enter the code in the field, and then click Apply.
- Click Complete Purchase.
- An invoice/receipt will be sent to your billing email address.

Adding more seats to your WiseStamp for Teams account
If you wish to add more employees to your WiseStamp for Teams account you can easily do it directly from your Plan & Billing page:
- Click the Profile icon on the upper right corner of your account and select Plan & Billing.
- Click Upgrade.
- Open the Upgrade to list and select the number the seats.
- Fill in the rest of the dialog box.
- If you have a coupon code, click Add, enter the code in the field, and then click Apply.
- Click Complete Purchase.
- An invoice/receipt will be sent to your billing email address.

How to remove the WiseStamp promotional branding
The promotion is what helps us offer WiseStamp free of charge for you and other customers, and allows us to keep on developing and adding more functionality. To remove the WiseStamp promotion from your email signature, simply purchase a PRO plan or a Team plan for your company.

As a thank you for the great work you do, we offer 25% off to all NPO clients and all schools.

Tax exemption refunds for NPOs
WiseStamp is happy to support many nonprofits and educational institutions that are exempt from tax payments on their subscription.
To enjoy tax exemptions send your tax-exemption documentation to our support team along with a copy of your most recent WiseStamp invoice and we’ll be happy to have it refunded for you.

If you purchased a subscription but it's not showing on your account, try the following steps: 1. Log out of your WiseStamp account 2. Clear your cache and cookies 3. Log back into your account 4. You should now see the “PRO” status on your account If this doesn't work you may be logged in with the wrong email address. Log in again using the email address listed on your Plan & Billing page. |
