Billing and payments overview

On the Billing and Payment page, you can:
- Review your billing information.
- Update your billing settings.
- Review your billing history and download your previous invoices.
Plan & Billing page
The Plan & Billing page provides useful information about your current subscription, such as your subscription plan and automatic renewal date. On this page, you can also view your billing history, download your invoices and change your billing email address and payment method.
To open the Plan & Billing page:
- Click the Profile icon in the upper right corner of your account.
- Select Plan & Billing.
Viewing subscription plan
On the Plan & Billing page, you can see a summary of features included in your subscription. You can also check your plan's automatic renewal date and payment details here.
Changing payment details
Inside the Plan & Billing page, you will find the payment method and billing email that you currently have on our records. On your plan's automatic renewal date, the subscription renewal cost will be charged to this payment method.
To change your payment method:
- Click Change.
- Fill out the details of your new payment method.
- Click Update.
To change your billing email:
- Click Change.
- Enter your new address in the field.
- Click Update.
Billing history & invoices
You can view all of your previous purchases and their respective invoices issued by WiseStamp on the Plan and Billing page.
To view your billing history:
- Click the Profile icon.
- Select Plan and Billing.
- Scroll down to the Billing history.
To view, download & print invoices:
- Inside Billing History, click on the invoice number. The invoice will open in your browser window.
- Click on the Download icon to download the invoice as a PDF file.
- Click on the Print icon to print the invoice or save it as a PDF file.
