How to Login into Your Account

Logging into your WiseStamp account is simple and secure. We offer multiple methods for you to access your account.

We offer three types of accounts (with different login processes): 

1. WiseStamp for Individual (solo) users - to login visit webapp.wisestamp.com/login

2. WiseStamp for Teams - To login visit webapp.wisestamp.com/login

3. WiseStamp for Teams (Legacy) - to login visit gapp.wisestamp.com

Method 1: Login with Email

1. Navigate to the login page (see link above)
2. Enter the email address associated with your WiseStamp account.
3. Enter your password.
4. If you have forgotten your password, click on 'Forgot password?' and follow the instructions to reset it.
5. Click on 'Log In'.

Method 2: Login with Google

If you created your WiseStamp account using the Google connect button, you can login directly using Google.

1. Navigate to the login page (webapp.wisestamp.com/login or gapp.wisestamp.com - see instructions above).
2. Click on 'Continue with Google'.
3. Select the Google account you used to create your WiseStamp account. You may be asked to enter your Google password.

Method 3: Login with Facebook

Users who have signed up in the past using their Facebook account, can still log in directly to their WiseStamp account, using their Facebook account.

1. Navigate to the login according to your product (see instructions above).
2. Click on 'Continue with Facebook'.
3. Enter your Facebook login details if prompted and then click 'Login'.

Method 4: Single sign-on

If setup by your account admin, you can log in to WiseStamp using any SSO solution that is SAML 2.0 compliant. To find out more about how to configure SSO, visit our SSO guide.

Account Recovery

Forgetting your login credentials is a common occurrence. If you ever find yourself locked out of your WiseStamp account, don't worry: we offer an easy process for account recovery.

Email or Google Account Recovery

If you used your email or Google account to create your WiseStamp account and have forgotten your password:

1. Visit the WiseStamp login page.
2. Click on Forgot password?
3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
4. Click Submit.
5. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Follow the instructions provided.

Facebook Account Recovery

If you used your Facebook account to create your WiseStamp account and can't remember your Facebook password, you'll need to reset your password through Facebook.

In case you don't receive the password reset email or encounter any other issues during the account recovery process, please contact our support team for further assistance.

Login out of your account

To log out of your account, click the Profile icon, and then Logout icon on the bottom of the menu.
