Changing Your Email Address or Password
This topic explains how to change your email address and password for your WiseStamp account. You can change your sign in email address and password at any time.
To change your email address:
- Sign in to your WiseStamp account.
- Click the Profile icon in the upper right corner and select Profile.
- In the Email field, replace the existing email with your new email.
- Click Save Changes.
To change your password:
- Sign in to your WiseStamp account.
- Click the Profile icon in the upper right corner and select Profile.
- In the Password field, enter your new password. Your new password must comply with the following requirements:
- Must be at least 8 characters long
- Must include at least one uppercase character
- Must include at least one lowercase character
- Must include at least one number
- Must include at least one special character
- New password must be different than the old password.
- In the Confirm New Password field, enter your password again. If the confirm password is not the same as the new password, the Save Changes button stays inactive.
- Click Save Changes and a popup appears for you to confirm changing your password.
- Enter your old password and click Save Changes.
!important! Remember to choose a strong password that includes a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters to enhance your account's security. !/important!
