Deploy Signature on Mobile Devices
In this article, we provide instructions for several methods to set up WiseStamp's email signature deployment directly from your mobile device. In addition to the methods described here, you can also deploy your signature from mobile devices using server-side solutions and the WiseStamp Outlook add-in.
!note!WiseStamp signature is compatible with iPhone/iPad, specifically with the iOS Mail app, Gmail app, and Outlook app. WiseStamp for Teams signature is also compatible with Android devices, but only with the Outlook app. Other email apps that do not support HTML signatures when composing are not supported. !/note!
Add signature to iOS Mail app with WiseStamp Pro
- Sign in to your WiseStamp account and click My signatures from the left panel.
- Click Install, from the signature you want to use.
- In the popup, click iPhone from the left panel.
- In the first step, click the link to send your signature by email.
- Open the email on your iPhone/iPad. Select your email signature and tap Copy.
- Go to Settings > Mail > Signature.
- Paste your WiseStamp signature in the signature box.
- Shake your phone to activate the Shake to Undo feature, and tap Undo.

**If Shake to Undo is disabled, go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch. Scroll down to find Shake to Undo. Tap the toggle on and off to enable and disable this feature.
***If Shake to Undo still does not work, and you have iOS 13 and above, you can use Swipe to Undo. Simply swipe 3 fingers to the left (or to the right if your iPhone language is set to a right to left language) and the signature should format correctly.
- Your signature is now formatted correctly.
- Open your email and compose a new message. Your signature should appear at the bottom.
Deploy signature to iOS Gmail app with WiseStamp Pro
Your signature is automatically deployed to your iOS device when using your Gmail account. Once the following procedures are completed, your signature will seamlessly appear in every email composed using the Gmail app on your iOS device.
- Ensure that you connected WiseStamp to your Gmail account, as described in Gmail Signature Deployment using Google API (Google Connect) or WiseStamp Browser Extension for Chrome.
- Install the Gmail app on your iOS device and confirm that Mobile signature is disabled.
Add signature to iOS Mail app with WiseStamp for Teams
The following steps are for employees after receiving the invite email.
!note!For administrators, go to the Employees screen, hover over the administrator entry in the table, click Employee hub, and continue with step 3 below.!/note!
- After receiving the invite email from your administrator (from: no-reply@wisestamp.com), open the email.
- Click the link to access your Employee hub. A page with a preview of all your signatures opens.
- Hover over the signature to be installed and click Install.
- On the left panel of the page that opens, click iOS mail.
- In the first step, click the link to send your signature by email.
- Open the email on your iPhone/iPad. Select your email signature and tap Copy.
- Go to Settings > Mail > Signature.
- Paste your WiseStamp signature in the signature box.
- Shake your phone to activate the Shake to Undo feature, and tap Undo.

- Verify that your WiseStamp administrator has enabled Auto Inject for your email address, as described in Auto-Inject on Google Workspace.
- Install the Gmail app on your iOS device and confirm that Mobile signature is disabled.
What phones are supported?
WiseStamp signatures are supported on all smartphones, including iPhone and Samsung, Google, OnePlus, and all other Android devices. iPhone/iPad devices are supported with the iOS Mail app, Gmail app, and Outlook app. Android devices are supported with the Outlook app. Please note that only PRO and Teams plans can use your signature on mobile devices.
