Deploy signature on other email platforms
WiseStamp is a powerful tool that enables you to create professional email signatures that can enhance your emails' appearance and functionality. This article will guide you through the steps required to do so.
!note! If you are a Gmail or Outlook user, we have separate guides specifically tailored to these platforms.!/note!
Integrating with other email platforms
For non-Gmail or Outlook users, there are three methods available: The WiseStamp extensions, using the HTML code provided by WiseStamp, or copying/pasting the signature (for platforms that support rich text signatures).
!note! Please note, that this option is available for PRO plan or above users only.!/note!

Method 1: Using the WiseStamp extension
For more information please visit our The WiseStamp browser extension article.
Method 2: Using the HTML Code
This method is ideal for users who have a Pro account with WiseStamp and their email platform supports HTML in email signatures.
-
Create your signature: Start by designing your signature using WiseStamp's easy-to-use interface. Once you're satisfied with your design, click on "Save and Install."
-
Copy your HTML code: On the next screen, you'll find the HTML code of your signature. Copy this code by clicking the "Copy" button next to it.
-
Paste it in your email platform: Now, log into your email platform and navigate to your signature settings. This is usually found in the "Settings" or "Preferences" menu. Look for an option to edit or create a new email signature. Here, you should find an option that lets you insert HTML code. Paste the code you've copied from WiseStamp.
-
Save your settings: Once you've pasted the HTML code, save your settings. Your WiseStamp signature will now appear in all the emails you send.
Method 3: Copying/Pasting the Signature
This method is suitable for users whose email platforms support rich text signatures only.
-
Create your signature: Just like in the first method, you'll start by designing your signature in WiseStamp.
-
Copy your signature: Instead of copying the HTML code, this time, you'll copy the signature itself. Ensure that you select all elements of your signature before copying.
-
Paste your signature in your email platform: Go to your email platform and navigate to your signature settings. Instead of looking for an HTML option, you'll paste your copied signature into the text box for the email signature.
-
Save your settings: Again, once you've pasted your signature, remember to save your settings. Your WiseStamp signature should now be ready for use.
That's it! Make sure to save your new signature properly per your mail programs setup and when you compose a new email you'll see the signature at the bottom.
