Forgot your password

If you have forgotten your WiseStamp account password, follow these steps to reset it:

1. Click Forgot password? in the login page.
2. Enter the email address associated with your WiseStamp account.
3. Click Get a new password.
4. Check your email. WiseStamp will send an email to the provided email address with instructions on how to reset your password. 

!Note! It may take a few minutes for the email to arrive. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders if you don't see it in your inbox. !/note!

5. Follow the instructions in the email.
6. Enter your new password in the designated fields. Re-enter the same password in the confirmation field to ensure accuracy.
7. Click Save. Your password will be updated immediately.
