Step 2: Organization's Email Server

The email from the CRM is then directed to your organization's email server. It doesn't matter if your organization uses Google Workspace, Microsoft Exchange, or any other email server; WiseStamp integrates seamlessly with all.

Step 3: WiseStamp Server-Side Host

Next, the email message is redirected to WiseStamp's server-side host. This is where the magic happens: the appropriate email signature, which you've designed and saved in WiseStamp, is added to your email. Step 4: Arrival at Recipient's Inbox

Finally, the email—now complete with the added signature—is routed back to your email server, which then sends it to the intended recipient. This ensures that every email sent out from your CRM carries your professional WiseStamp signature and arrives just as intended in the recipient's inbox.
