Configure New IP Addresses for WiseStamp Services
At WiseStamp, we continually strive for excellence, to ensure that our services remain efficient and robust. As part of our commitment to provide you with the best possible service, we are making a pivotal update to our system by integrating new IP addresses. By doing so, we aim to enhance the stability and reliability of our services, especially during peak periods.
To ensure smooth email operations and to prevent potential disruptions, we kindly ask you to follow the steps outlined below to configure these new IP addresses in your Google Admin Console.
Step-by-step configuration guide
Step 1: Access Gmail settings:
- Sign in to your Google Admin Console.
- Go to Gmail settings: Apps > Google Workspace > Gmail.
- Once in Gmail settings, expand the Routing pane.
Step 2: Configure IP Addresses:
- In the SMTP relay service section, click Edit.

In the Authentication section, you should already see Only accept mail from the specified IP addresses selected from your original configuration.
- Click Add.
- A popup appears. Here's how to proceed:
- For each IP address, enter a distinct and meaningful description (e.g., WiseStampIP1, WiseStampIP2... up to WiseStampIP6).
- Enter the following IP addresses:
- 34.121.44.217
- 34.172.57.131
- 34.31.145.8
- 34.132.46.63
- 35.184.115.114
- 35.224.208.1
- Verify that Enable is selected.
- Click Save.
Please make sure not to modify the original IP setup for WiseStamp during this process.
Final Step: Confirmation
After successfully updating your IP addresses, it's essential to send us a confirmation email to verify the changes. Please send this email promptly to avoid any disruptions or potential email rejections.
