Signatures Page
The Signatures page of WiseStamp for Teams provides a centralized platform for creating and managing email signatures across your organization. From this page you can perform the following tasks:
- Create a new signature: Click New signature and provide a title. This opens the Signature editor, where you can define the new signature.

Signature preview: The preview pane displays your organization’s signatures, which can be filtered and sorted from the top of the pane. Each signature offers the following actions:
- Edit: Opens the Signature editor to modify the selected signature.
- Rename: Hover over Actions and select Rename to change the selected signature’s name.
- Duplicate: Hover over Actions and select Duplicate to create a copy of the selected signature with a new name.
- Assign to a group: Hover over Actions and select Assign to a group to manage signature groups, including creating groups, deleting groups and assigning signatures to groups.
- Delete: Hover over Actions and select Delete to delete the selected signature.
- Published | Draft: This option is displayed when the signature has a draft version. Click Draft or Published to view either version.
