Template Tab

The Template tab in WiseStamp allows you to choose from a variety of email signature templates that cater to different professional needs and aesthetic preferences. Each template is designed to help you present your contact information and branding in a clean, attractive, and effective manner. Here’s a brief overview of the available templates and their features:

• Classic - The Classic template offers a timeless design that balances essential contact details with optional branding elements.
• Horizontal - The Horizontal template is similar to the Classic template but features a horizontal line that separates different sections, adding a subtle touch of style to your email signature.
• Wide - The Wide template offers a spacious layout, allowing you to include additional information without looking crowded.
• Compact - The Compact template condenses essential contact information into a neat, space-saving design.
• Stacked - The Stacked template features a vertically aligned layout with sections stacked on top of each other.
• Strip - The Strip template features a narrow strip across the bottom of the signature.
• RightSide - The RightSide template places the signature image to the right, providing a unique visual balance and an alternative to traditional layouts. 
• TopBar - The TopBar template places a horizontal bar at the top of the signature.
• Social - The Social template focuses on integrating and highlighting social media icons. This design encourages recipients to connect with you across various social platforms.
• Central - The Central template features a centered design that emphasizes a clean and symmetrical layout that places the signature image in the center of the signature.
• Corporate - The Corporate template is tailored for business settings, that places the employee details in a dark theme box.
• Footer - The Footer template is a center-aligned signature with a footer that contains employee details and social media icons.

Custom templates by WiseStamp support

In WiseStamp, we can provide a customized template for you with any design or details you require. WiseStamp offers a customization service for all Teams accounts, allowing you to have a template designed to your exact specifications. This service has a one-time fee and is part of the Teams plans only. How to access and customize templates

To access the Template tab, go to the Signatures page, click Edit from your signature preview, and then click Template. From here, you can browse through the different template options and select the one that best fits your needs.

Each template can be further customized to match your branding and personal style. You can adjust fonts, colors, and other design elements from the Design tab to ensure that your email signature aligns with your overall professional image.

!important!When you are finished editing the signature, click Done Editing and select whether it should be saved as a draft or published.!/important!
