Zoho Integration
Integrating WiseStamp with Zoho Mail allows you to apply professional, consistent email signatures to every message sent by your organization. This integration supports customization of fonts, layouts, spacing, and other design elements, ensuring that your email signatures meet your branding needs.
!note!This integration is only available with WiseStamp for Teams and organization users who have subscribed to one of Zoho's paid plans.!/note!
Prerequisites for integrating WiseStamp with Zoho Mail
- You must be an administrator in both Zoho Mail and WiseStamp.
- You should be signed into Zoho Mail with your organization account and into WiseStamp for Teams.
- The email addresses of users/employees must match in both Zoho Mail and WiseStamp.
Configure WiseStamp
You must be an administrator in WiseStamp to configure the signature for your organization users. To configure WiseStamp, follow the steps mentioned below:
- Sign in to your WiseStamp account. If you haven't signed up for WiseStamp yet, visit webapp.wisestamp.com/signup to create an account.
- Create the default email signature for all users in your organization.

Import employees and assign signatures.
- Get the API key and Account ID for your WiseStamp account.

Enable WiseStamp in Zoho Mail
The WiseStamp integration in Zoho Mail is not configured by default. The Organization Admin must enable this integration for users within the organization to access it. To configure the WiseStamp integration in Zoho Mail, follow the steps outlined below:
- Log into Zoho Mail Admin Console as an Admin and go to Other App Settings.
- Under Extensions, navigate to WiseStamp, and click the toggle button to enable the Integration.
- Click Enable on the confirmation pop-up to enable the integration.
- You can enter the API key and Account ID directly from the admin console to enable seamless integration for users within your organization.
- You can choose to enable the integration for:
- All users
- Selected users/groups
- To enable access for specific users, add their username or email address. You can also restrict access so that only specific groups can access it.
- Log into your Zoho Mail Admin account.
- Navigate to Mail Settings > Integration > Extension.
- You can also enable the integration by entering the API key and Account ID provided for your WiseStamp account in the integration details in Mail settings.
!note!Users cannot enable the integration manually; only the Organization Admin can do so.!/note!
WiseStamp is now available for all users to create customizable email signatures. To disable the integration, turn off the WiseStamp toggle button in Other App Settings under Admin Console. You can remove the configuration details from Mail settings by clicking the Remove option from the top right corner.
View signatures
Once the Organization Admin configures WiseStamp Integration for their organization, users can view the signature created for them by the Admin in their Mail settings. To see the WiseStamp signature, follow the steps mentioned below:
- Log into your Zoho Mail account.
- Navigate to Mail Settings > Integration > Extension.
- Once the Admin enables the integration, users can only see the user ID of the person who added the key, as well as the date it was added. However, they won't have the ability to make any changes to the details.
- Go to the Signature section in Mail settings. WiseStamp signatures is displayed next to the default signatures and can be viewed by users.
Edit signature
Users can further customize their signature, if required, from Mail settings. When you modify your WiseStamp signature, it is saved as a new Default signature while retaining the original WiseStamp signature as a backup with no changes applied. To edit the WiseStamp signature, follow the steps mentioned below:
- Log into your Zoho Mail account.
- Navigate to Mail Settings > Signature > WiseStamp.
- Click on the Signature you wish to edit, and click Edit as new.
- A copy of the signature is moved to default signatures for editing.
- Make the required changes and click Save.
Insert WiseStamp signature in Compose
Emails you send out can now have WiseStamp signatures, providing a more enhanced experience for your recipients. With WiseStamp, you can easily insert professional email signatures in your emails that include your name, title, company logo, social media links, and even a promotional banner. To insert WiseStamp signature in the mail compose page, follow the steps mentioned below:
- Log into your Zoho Mail account.
- Open the Compose page and draft the content as required.
- Click the More Options icon and select Insert Signature.
- Both the Default and WiseStamp signatures are displayed.
- Click on the WiseStamp signature you want to insert; it will be added to the compose page.
