Adding WiseStamp to Outlook for Mac
The WiseStamp signature can be added seamlessly to your Outlook desktop app on Mac.
Just login to your WiseStamp account through a Chrome browser.
*Using another browser will not render your signature correctly, so this step is very important.
Once you're logged into your WiseStamp account select the signature you want to add from the dropdown menu on the left.
Once you see the correct signature in the preview, click the blue Update signature button.
You'll see a pop-up where you can choose your mail program. Click on the Outlook desktop option.
You'll see a space where you can select and copy your signature. It's best to click into your signature where your name is written, and then hit ⌘+A to select and ⌘+C to copy the signature.
If you're seeing the whole page highlight and not just your signature make sure to click into the signature itself, and then select.
Once the signature is copied open Outlook and compose a new email.
Within the email open the signature settings.
This will open a pop-up where you will be able to add a new signature.
Click the + button to add a new signature.
This will open another smaller pop-up where you can give your new signature a title and paste your WiseStamp signature.
Click the floppy disc icon at the top to save when you're done.
The pop-up will not close automatically. Just click the save button and then manually close out the pop-up. You'll see your signature has saved within the Outlook signature settings library.
You'll also be able to select if you want the signature to automatically show with new compose emails, or reply/forward emails.
There is no save option here, so just close out of the settings and compose a new email.
Voila! You'll see your signature right there at the bottom of your new email.
That's all there is to is - happy stamping!
