Creating a WiseStamp Signature
To design and edit your signature sign in to your WiseStamp account.
The first page you will see is the My Signatures page. Here you will have a list of all signatures you have created with WiseStamp and, at the bottom, you can click to Create another signature.
You can click Edit signature to update signature information such as personal details, add social media profiles, play with design options and add apps.
Select the signature you wish to edit from the drop-down menu and go over each of the tabs to make the desired changes.
Details: personal and business information such as name, phone number, address, company name, etc.
Social: add social media icons to your signature that hyperlink to your social profiles. You can also upload your own icon and re-order them according to your preference by clicking the drag-and-drop icon.
Template: choose how you want your information to be displayed within your signature.
Design: edit your signature's font, font size, color, alignment, and more. You can find inspiration our Template Gallery.
Apps: add anything from banners to buttons, including disclaimer options, quotes, and images.
Once you're done editing, click Update signature and follow the instructions to add your signature to your email.
