When I receive replies, my WiseStamp signature shows without images?!
Sometimes when you receive reply emails back from clients, you may notice your signature has no images, or there are just outlines around where the images should show.
This happens when clients do not download images in their emails.
Some mail programs, like Outlook for example, do not automatically download images and recipients need to specifically request for the images in an email to be dowloaded.
If the recipient doesn't choose to download the images, when he replies to you the signature will show as it did for him - without the images downloaded.
Since this is due to the mail programs themselves, there is nothing we can do to get around this at the moment, but we're always looking into how we can improve our signature experience!
