Why can't I login to my Solo account?
There are a few reasons why you might not be able to log into your account. If you’re using the wrong email address or using the wrong password you’ll see the error code “Wrong user or password try again.”
Use the Forgot password? reset function to receive an email with a temporary password.
If you see a User not found error, you may be using an old version of WiseStamp. You can fix this by moving to our new web version of WiseStamp, which you can do by signing up again and creating a new WiseStamp account.
If you're a PRO user - contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will upgrade your newly created account to reflect your plan.
