Remove signature and delete WiseStamp
If you're here because you don’t like your current email signature – remember you can always choose to customize a different email signature template. However, if you’d like to remove your signature from your emails and delete your account, you can do this from your account settings. Go to Account > Plan & Billing > Delete your account.
If you previously copied your WiseStamp signature into a mail program, simply delete it from your mail program’s signature settings.
If you used the WiseStamp browser extension for Chrome, remove the extension by going to chrome://extensions.
If you're not seeing the extension you might have added the signature by connecting to the Google API.
Follow this link to open your permissions setting and remove WiseStamp. Click on the WiseStamp option to reveal the blue REMOVE ACCESS button.
Remove the access, and refresh your Gmail. You should no longer see the signature in your emails.
If you are, make sure when you open the permissions link, it is opened with the email address where the signature is showing. You can check this on the top right of the link, as shown below.
If the email address shown on the top is not the same email address where WiseStamp is showing, then you can change it by selecting another email address on the list.
