Why can't I log in to my WiseStamp account?
There are a few reasons why you might not be able to log into your account. If you’re using the wrong email address or password you’ll see the error Wrong user or password try again.
Use the Forgot your password reset function to receive an email with a temporary password.
If you see User not found, you’re using an old version of WiseStamp*. You can fix this by moving to our new web version of WiseStamp, which you can do by signing up again and creating a new WiseStamp account.
*If you're signed up with Legacy Teams make sure to use the other website login - gapp.wisestamp.com
