Why are my WiseStamp signature updates not showing on my emails?
If you exported your signature to another mail program - meaning you copied and then pasted the signature directly into the signature settings of your mail program (Outlook, Mac Mail, iPhone, etc.) - you will need to copy the updated signature again into the signature settings of your mail program. If you're using the WiseStamp extension for Chrome, and the signature in your emails doesn't match what is showing in the editor, please try to uninstall and reinstall the WiseStamp extension.
- Go to chrome://extensions/ in a new tab.
- Click Remove to uninstall the extension.
- Log out and back into your WiseStamp account through webapp.wisestamp.com/login.
- Click here to open the Chrome webstore, where you’ll find the option to add the extension to your browser.

Refresh your mail program and compose and this pop-up will appear asking you to select which signature you'd like to use with your email.
You should now see the updated signature in this pop-up.
