I want my signature on replies or forwards!
The WiseStamp signature is automatically set to show on all emails, but there are certain mail programs which will allow you to set your signature to show only with new compose emails you send out. In this article you can see instructions for when using the following:
The WiseStamp extension for Chrome browser
If you're using the WiseStamp extension for Chrome you can set this right in your account settings. See article Assign your WiseStamp signatures to different email addresses. Just make sure the option to Add my signature when I reply to and forward an email is checked. This will keep the signature only on your new emails.
Gmail
If you have the signature in Gmail, but not using the WiseStamp extension, this means the WiseStamp signature has been added directly to your Gmail signature settings through the use of the Google API.
You can open your Gmail signature settings by clicking here and set up your compose and reply settings accordingly with the drop-down options shown below.
Outlook
You can also set this up if you're using the Outlook desktop app for your emails.
Compose a new email.
Within the email open the signature settings.
On the bottom of the Edit Signatures pop-up you will be able to set for which email address you want the signatures showing, and set it to only show for new compose emails.
That's all there is to it - happy stamping!
