Copy / paste your WiseStamp signature to Gmail
How to add your WiseStamp signature without using the browser extension
You can add your signature to Gmail without using the extension by copy / pasting it directly into the settings of your Gmail account. However, keep in mind that this solution works for one signature only. To manage multiple signatures, please refer to our article The WiseStamp extension for Chrome.
To copy /paste your signature to Gmail:
- From the My Signatures page of your WiseStamp account, click the Install button.
The Add to your email page opens. - On the left side of the page, select MacMail. Then, copy your signature by clicking the Copy link in Step 1.
Note: This action is necessary for copying your signature only; the rest of the steps on this page are not relevant.
After successfully copying your signature you will see a confirmation message at the top of the page. - Launch your Gmail account from this link.
It will open the Settings page of the account. - Scroll down to the Signature section, and click + Create new.
- In the popup that opens, type a name for your signature (e.g., WiseStamp). Then, click Create.
- Paste your signature into the field on the right.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings page, and click Save Changes.
That's all there is to it! When you compose your next email you should see your WiseStamp signature at the bottom.
