What is a Styled Signoff and how do I use it?
A Styled Signoff is a WiseStamp app that makes your email closing more interesting by giving it elegance and flair. You can choose the size of the writing, add a closing phrase, or even design your own completely customized signoff!
To create your stylized closing, select the Apps tab of the Signature Editor. Then, click Styled Signoff.
This opens the Signoff settings page:
Design your Signoff by selecting the following settings:

| Signoff | Lets you select a signoff text, such as Regards, Best wishes, etc. Choose a phrase from the list, or select Custom text to write your own signoff phrase. If you selected Your name as the type, the signoff phrase will appear above the name. |
| Sign as | By default, your name (as listed in the Details tab) appears here. If you wish, you can change this to a nickname or other variation of your name. |
| Font | Open the list to select either plain text (ordinary letters) or one of a variety of handwritten-like fonts. |
| Animate | When you select Animate, the text is displayed gradually, mimicking writing. |
| Size | Choose small, medium or large font. |
| Alignment | Choose left, center or right alignment of the signoff. |
When you choose a Custom signoff type, an empty frame appears in which you can design your Signoff. Use the drawing tool to create an image in the colors of your choice. Clicking the Undo icon removes your last action, and clicking the Trash icon clears the drawing board. Alternatively, you can use an existing image by clicking Upload from file.
When you finish selecting settings, don't forget to click Add to add the new Signoff to your signature.
