My WiseStamp for Teams signature won't update
If after you published changes to your signature it’s not updated in your emails, just refresh Gmail. You should then see your updated signature.
If you're still not seeing the changes there could be a disconnect with the API in the Google Marketplace.
Have your Google Super Admin check that the app permissions are set to Granted.
The API can only be connected to properly refresh signatures if the listed Super Admin is correct on the backend. If your Super Admin recently changed this would explain why your signatures can't update.
Send us an email with the email address of the new Super Admin for your Google domain and we will update the API settings for you.
If you previously exported your signature to a different mail program, such as Outlook or Mac Mail, you will need to export the updated signature again to the signature settings of the mail program.
