Updating Legacy Teams payment details
Change my payment information
For your security, all payments are handled through third-party payment processors, BlueSnap and Recurly.
1. BlueSnap
If you've received an email from merchants@bluesnap.com you can proceed as follows to update your payment details:
- Go to: https://cp.bluesnap.com/jsp/account_login.jsp
- Enter your username* and password (Please note, should the reset password link not work, please try it again using a different browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox)
- Once inside the system: -Click the blue hyperlink that says 'Change‘ under the ‘Payment Method’ tab.
- Click ‘use a new card’ on the top right.
- Fill in your new credit card info and then click submit.
*If you're not sure of your BlueSnap username feel free to send us an email and we'll be happy to send it to you.
2. Recurly
Some payments run through Recurly. If that's the case for you, send an email to help@wisestamp.com and we'll send you a personalized link to update your payment details.
