Why can't I add users?
In order for WiseStamp to connect to your Google Workspace (G Suite) settings, we need to have the email address of the Google domain Super Admin listed on our end. If the email address we have listed for the Super Admin is incorrect you won't be able to update your signatures or your users.
You will see this pop-up:
If you're seeing this in your account just double check the email address listed as the Super Admin of your domain in your Google Admin settings, and send us an email with the updated email to email@example.com.
