The WiseStamp signature isn't updating with Google Workplace (G Suite) emails
WiseStamp for Google Apps solution works on Google Workplace (G Suite) domains. If you are using the free Google Apps it will not work.
If you are using Google Workspace (G Suite) and the signature isn't updated, or you can't load users, please try the following:
- Go to the Google admin console, click Apps, and go to Google Workspace Marketplace apps.
- Open the WiseStamp app and check that the permissions are set to Granted.
If these settings are granted, and you're still not able to sync your users, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help.
