Add custom fields to Legacy Teams signatures

Custom fields for the Legacy Teams signature

The Legacy Teams solution allows you create the most professional and customized template to cater to your every need - including allowing you to add any custom field you need.

To add a custom field to the company signature a WiseStamp account admin just needs to login to the WiseStamp account and follow these steps:

1. Go to the Company Details tab and click +Add custom field.
   
   
   
   
2. You'll then be able to type your custom field label and text. 
   
   
   
   
3. Don't forget to click Save Draft (and Publish changes if using Google) to make sure the changes are applied to your signature.
   You should also invite your users again to make sure they add the updated signature to their emails.

Only 1 custom field can be added to the signature, and it will always appear under the preset template information.
