Switching to a Google domain with WiseStamp for Teams
When registering for a WiseStamp account with a domain that is not a Google domain, you sign up with any email, create your signatures, and your team can then copy and paste the signature into any mail program.
But, now that you're switching to Google Workspace (G Suite) domain, you can reregister your account to connect with your Google Workspace (G Suite) domain. This will allow you to publish and update signatures with the push of a button - no need to copy and paste! The signature will be added to all Gmail accounts through the API.
(Anyone using Mac Mail or Outlook will still need to copy/paste the signature.)
In order to connect your WiseStamp account with your new Google Workspace (G Suite) domain you'll need to delete your current account and sign up again with your Google domain.
So that you don’t lose your signature, we can copy your signature over to a test account, and then move it back to your new account after registering again.
Just let us know that you’ve changed your domain provider and we’ll walk you through the rest! Send us an email to help@wisestamp.com so we can get you started with this process ASAP.
