How to add a new user to Legacy Teams
Adding a new user will depend on how your Legacy Teams account is set up. The account can be set up in 2 different ways:
- Connecting directly to a Google Workspace (G Suite) domain
- Setting up an account with a different domain provider
Adding a new user for a Google-based WiseStamp domain:
- Add the new user to your Google domain user list.
- Login to WiseStamp and go to the Manage Users tab.
- Click Sync users.
This will sync the new users from your Google user list to your WiseStamp account.
Adding a new user with a different domain provider:
- Login to WiseStamp and go to the Manage Users tab.
- Click Add user to add an individual user.
You can also use the Upload/Export CSV option to upload a few users at once.
