Overview of the Manage Users section on WiseStamp for O365
In this article, we will go over the features available for WiseStamp administrators.
This is where you set up what action should automatically happen every time a new user is added to your domain. The options offered are:
- Do nothing - No action is taken. The signature will not be added to the new user's email and they will not receive instructions on how to add their signatures.
- Activate & Invite - Users receive an email with instructions on how to add a signature to their Outlook desktop for PC and Mac. For O365 webmail users, the signature will automatically populate their settings.
- Activate - Signature automatically populates the account of users with O365 webmail.

Import/ Export Users
Use this feature to manually upload or download a list of users to your WiseStamp account.
Pro tip: This feature is especially useful if you want to make bulk updates to your list of users, such as assign a new signature to a specific department.
WiseStamp will automatically check your O365 domain for new users every 24h. However, you can also click Sync Users to perform this check and ensure new users in the domain are added to WiseStamp.
