Adding your WiseStamp signature to Outlook for web (OWA)
WiseStamp connects seamlessly with Outlook webmail. However, your WiseStamp account administrator must ensure a few steps are in place.
1. Connect to Office 365 Web
WiseStamp allows you to automatically populate your user's Outlook Web email account with the signature you created. During the setup of your WiseStamp account, click Add to email on the top-right corner of the page and follow the instructions.
2. Add the WiseStamp application to your Microsoft Azure account
Open your MS Azure settings > Add Assignment > Search for WiseStamp > Add
Important: the only person able to add assignments is the domain's Global Administrator.
3. Enable users
On the Mange Users section you will see a list of all employees currently on your domain. Select those that will use a signature by clicking the check box next to their names and a menu will show up at the top of the page. Make sure a signature has been assigned to them and then click Enable.
