Additional information:
- The Outlook add-in sets the signature to New/Reply/Forward/Calendar emails
- In case it's been 24 hours and the signature doesn't appear, restart Outlook Desktop and refresh Outlook Web.
- If the user has their own signature, WiseStamp will disable the user’s personal signature and replace it with the Teams signature instead
- If a user has both the WiseStamp app for desktop and the Outlook add-in, the Outlook add-in will overwrite the signature
- The WiseStamp Outlook Add-in can only read and write properties of the item that is being viewed or composed in Outlook. This is necessary for WiseStamp to insert the signature when an email is being composed.
