I'm having issues integrating my Google Workspace (Gsuite) domain and WiseStamp
If you've signed up for a WiseStamp account but you haven't been able to integrate it with your Google domain, please check whether you're addressing the requirements listed below.
1. You are the super admin of your Google domain
Only the super admin of the domain can allow the integration with WiseStamp. Make sure that you're using your super admin's Chrome profile during set up.
2. WiseStamp has the correct super admin of your domain listed in the back-end
In order for WiseStamp to connect to your Google Workspace (G Suite) settings, we need to have the email address of the Google domain super admin listed on our end. If the email address we have listed for the Super Admin is incorrect you won't be able to update your signatures or your users.
You will see this pop-up:
If you're seeing this in your account just double check the email address listed as the super admin of your domain in your Google Admin settings, and send us an email with the updated email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. Check the API Data Access is set to Granted
From your Google Admin console go to Apps>Google Wokspace Marketplace Apps>Apps list>WiseStamp - Email Signature Management for GSuite>Data Access
4. Check that WiseStamp is enabled for all organizational units
From your Google Admin console go to Apps>Google Wokspace Marketplace Apps>Apps list>WiseStamp - Email Signature Management for GSuite>Distribution
