How do I add my company's employees to WiseStamp?
There are two main ways to add your employees to WiseStamp. One option is to add them manually, either by completing the details yourself, or uploading a CSV file containing the details. The second method is to import employees from your corporate directory, by integrating your Google Workspace or O365 domain with WiseStamp. This article explains more about both methods so you can decide which is right for you:
Adding Employees Manually
To add employees manually, hover your mouse over the sidebar and click Employees. Then, at the upper right corner of the Employees page, click Add Employee.
Then, choose one of the following options:
- Add manually: Opens the Add Employee page, where you can complete details for a single employee.
- Bulk upload with CSV: Enables you to add multiple employees simultaneously. For details, check our article Using bulk upload.
Regardless of which method you use, Email and Name are mandatory fields. All other fields are optional and can be filled out later either by the account admin or by the employees themselves, once they receive an invitation email.
Adding Employees Through Domain Integration
If your company uses Google Workspace (G Suite), or if your domain is hosted on O365, WiseStamp automatically identifies this and offers you the option of integrating the domain with your WiseStamp account. Upon integration, information from your corporate directory is automatically imported into WiseStamp and synced every 24 hours. (To learn more about syncing, check our article Understanding directory sync.)
