Understanding and using autosync

Manually edit the Employee Details section
What is auto sync?
Instead of repeatedly writing the same information every time you create a new signature (e.g. company name and company website), you can write them once in the Company or Employee Details section and WiseStamp will automatically generate placeholders which will hold this information.
You decide where to use placeholders in your signature and, if you want to change that information - no problem! You change it once in the Company or Employee Details section and the information will be automatically updated everywhere you used your placeholders.
How to edit your placeholders
To view your placeholders, go to Signatures > Edit Signature. You have a placeholder for every piece of information you filled in Company/Employee Details. If you want to edit the details on your signature, just click any of the fields.
Now you can edit the signature’s details. You’ll see that, instead of actual values, your signature’s preview shows Employee Phone, Employee Mobile, etc. but don’t worry! These placeholders will be replaced with the data added to the Company Details section and Employees section. This will be shown on your actual signature only if you filled in the information beforehand, if you didn’t- this detail won’t show at all.
In the example below, since we aren't previewing the signature of a specific employee, employee details are shown as placeholders.
Company name, however, has already been filled out in the Company details section, this is why the signature preview is displaying WiseStamp as the company name.
If you’d like to change a placeholder - for example, use the company name instead of the employee name, simply click on the field and a list of suggested placeholders will be displayed. Choose one and click Apply Changes.
