How do I edit the invite email?
WiseStamp invite emails are sent to your employees' emails, only with them they will be able to edit their personal details and export their signature to their email. As an admin, you can change the invite email settings, get a preview of your invite email and even choose on which email platforms your employees will be able to export their signature.
Hover your mouse over the sidebar and click Domain Settings. A new window will pop up, click on Invite email.
In order to get a preview of how your invite will look on your employees' end, hover your mouse over Preview Invite. This is exactly what your employees will get to their emails, once you will send them an invite.
WiseStamp allows you to edit your Email subject, this is the subject of the invite emails that your employees will receive. You can also change the invite sender, this is set by default to the account's owner.
*Note- The sender has to be one of the Employees/Admins of the account in order for the invitations to be sent.
We always want to keep things short, so WiseStamp gives you the option to choose which instructions your employees will get in their invitation. You can prevent confusion by sending them the specific instructions that you know they need.
If you don't want to allow your employees to edit their personal details, you can click on the first toggle to turn it off (Gray circle=off).
In case that you are using the WiseStamp app for Outlook Desktop, you will need to turn the second toggle on. This toggle will make your invite emails include your employees' login code.
