How do I edit my personal signature?
Being the account admin gives you the ability to have your own signature and it doesn't need to be connected to your company at all. You will be able to assign your personal signature to multiple email addresses, edit, and even duplicate your personal signature as a company signature. In this article we will give you an overview of the Personal Signatures page:
To enter the Personal signatures tab, hover your mouse over the sidebar and click on the globe icon/little arrow on the top right. A list of your domains will pop up, select Personal signatures.
You can edit, install and even add more signatures to your Personal signatures page.
How do I copy my personal signature to the company's Signatures page?
This is super easy! Simply click on Actions>Duplicate as company signature.
That's it! you can click on the globe icon to go back to your company's Signatures page, and check out your new signature!
How do I assign my personal signature to multiple email addresses?
In order to add multiple email addresses, you will need to install The WiseStamp Extension for Chrome. After you have installed the Chrome Extension, click +Add email address, choose the signature that you want to assign to that email and click on the V icon to save.
Refresh your browser, and the signature should populate to all of your web email platforms!
