How can users add their signature without being invited?
I don't want to send invite emails to my employees, how can they use their signature?
WiseStamp recommends you to use the invite button to invite users, so they can start using their signature. When sending an invite email, the users will be able to edit and review their personal details. They will also receive instructions on how to export their signatures to various email platforms. In case you are not interested in sending invite emails, for any reason, follow these 3 steps to export the signature without an invitation.
Step 1
Make sure that the users are enabled on WiseStamp, as only enabled users are able to use their signature.
Step 2
Grab the relevant links for your users email platform (see step 3), and type in their email address right after the “=“ sign at the end of the URL. Make sure you're using a Chrome browser when doing these steps.
For example:
If your email address is john@email.com, type https://gapp.wisestamp.com/domain/user/export/macmail?email=john@email.com
Step 3
Send the relevant links to the users. These links contain export instructions for each email platform, so simply let the users know that they can follow the instructions inside the link.
*Note- each link is different, make sure to grab the correct link that matches their email platform.
