How can I cancel my subscription and avoid future charges?
If for any reason you need to stop using WiseStamp, you can choose to either freeze your subscription (recommended), or delete your account.
Freezing Your Subscription
This option allows you to inactivate your subscription while continuing to store all your account details (including signatures, employee data, etc.) in the WiseStamp database. This type of cancellation is recommended since it enables you to resume using WiseStamp at any time in the future without having to repeat onboarding, recreate signatures and so on.

Note: Your account will remain active and available for your use until the automatic renewal date.
Deleting Your Account
This option stops your subscription and also removes all your account details (including signatures, employee data, etc.) from the WiseStamp database. If you want to renew your subscription in the future, you will need to create and set up an entirely new account.
Important: Once you delete your account, you will NOT be able to use it, regardless of the renewal date of your subscription.
If you decide to delete your account, follow these steps:
- At the upper right corner of your account, click the Profile icon and select Plan & Billing.
- At the bottom of the Plan & Billing page, click Delete your account.
- In the confirmation popup that opens, click Delete my account.
Your account and all its details will be removed from the WiseStamp database.
