How can I cancel my plan and avoid future charges?
If for any reason you need to stop using WiseStamp Pro, you can choose to either downgrade to a free subscription (recommended), or delete your account.
Downgrading to a Free Subscription
This option allows you to inactivate your Pro plan while continuing to store all your account details and signatures in the WiseStamp database. This type of cancellation is recommended since it enables you to resume using WiseStamp Pro at any time in the future without having to re-enter information, recreate your signatures, and so on.
To downgrade your subscription:
- At the upper right corner of your account, click the Profile icon and select Plan & Billing.
- On the Plan and Billing page, click Downgrade to free.
- Review the information in the warning popup. To continue the cancellation, click Downgrade to free.
Deleting Your Account
This option cancels your subscription and also removes all your account details, including signatures, from the WiseStamp database. If you want to renew your subscription in the future, you will need to set up an entirely new account and recreate your signatures.
Important: Once you delete your account, you will NOT be able to use it, regardless of the renewal date of your subscription.
If you decide to delete your account, follow these steps:
- At the upper right corner of your account, click the Profile icon and select Plan & Billing.
- At the bottom of the Plan and Billing page, click Delete your account.
- In the confirmation popup that opens, click Delete my account.
Your account and all its details will be removed from the WiseStamp database.
