About your signature
The signature design and details are edited by your account administrator. As an employee, you get to enjoy your WiseStamp signature with minimum effort. Every time your organization has a change, your account administrator is able to change the signatures for your entire organization with just one click. The best part is that your signatures are always up to date without any action needed on your end!

1. How do I make my WiseStamp signature appear on my emails?
As an employee, you are required to restart your Outlook Desktop and refresh your Outlook Web. That's it!

2. How do I stop the signature from appearing on replies?
WiseStamp signatures are automatically deployed into new messages, replies, and forwards. If you want to change when signatures are deployed, contact your account administrator.
3. I want to change details in my signature (title, phone number, etc.). Who do I contact?
Changing your personal details is possible by contacting your account administrator. If you are not sure who your organization's administrator is, please contact us and we'll gladly assist you.
