If you cancel your subscription auto-renewal, it deactivates your account while continuing to store all of your account details (signatures, employee data, etc.) in the WiseStamp database.
You can resume using WiseStamp at any time in the future without having to repeat onboarding or recreate signatures.
Refunds and Cancellation
If you signed up for an account but would like to cancel, we have a "no questions asked" 14-day refund policy. Follow these steps:
Log in to your WiseStamp account.
Navigate to the subscription settings page.
Follow the prompts to initiate a cancellation and refund request.
Your subscription is automatically renewed for successive 12-month periods.
If you cancel your WiseStamp subscription, you will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Approved refunds typically take 5-10 business days to show on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution's policies. Refunds are only available under the 14-day money-back policy from the date of purchase.
