If you're using WiseStamp Legacy Free to create email signatures, you may occasionally encounter some issues. Below are some frequent challenges users face and how to resolve them effectively.
Signature not displayed in your emails
Sometimes, your WiseStamp signature might not appear in your outgoing emails. This can be due to the following reasons:
Signature Not Deployed to Email Client: Verify that the signature has been deployed to your email client. If it hasn't been applied, you can deploy it by going to the My Signatures page in WiseStamp, clicking Install, and selecting your email client from the options provided (e.g., Gmail, Outlook Web).
Email Address Mismatch: Verify that you're using the email address associated with your WiseStamp account. If you're using an address not yet associated with WiseStamp, you can add it from the WiseStamp Signature Settings.
Signature formatting issues
Sometimes, the formatting of the email signature (e.g., font, spacing, or alignment) may not appear correctly. This issue is often related to compatibility between email clients or browsers.
Solution:
HTML Support: Ensure that your email client supports HTML formatting, and it is selected in your email client settings.
Review the Design Configuration: Review the design settings in the WiseStamp signature editor to ensure the configuration is as you want.
Preview the Signature: Go to the My Signatures page in WiseStamp to view a preview of how your signature will appear.

Legacy Free may have limitations when adding certain elements like images or social media icons, to your signature.
Solution:

Make sure the URLs you are trying to use are publicly accessible and properly formatted.
Limited customization options
Legacy Free has a set of limitations when it comes to customization. For instance, you might not be able to use multiple templates or access advanced design elements.
Solution:
If you want more design flexibility, consider upgrading your plan for more advanced templates and customization options.
Explore the available free templates and optimize them to suit your needs within the limitations of the Free plan.
Unable to install WiseStamp Chrome Extension
Some users experience issues while installing the WiseStamp extension on their browsers.
