Server-side signatures are applied post-send by WiseStamp's cloud service, ensuring consistency across all devices and email clients. This is ideal for multi-device users or those with different email platforms. This article describes how to configure your Exchange Server to support WiseStamp’s Server-side solution. The configuration must be done by a Microsoft global administrator and can be done either automatically with Microsoft Exchange REST API-based PowerShell (recommended) or manually.
To enable manual server-side configuration for Microsoft Exchange, contact our support team.
The configuration is done in the following sequential phases:
Add required connectors to set up the message flow to and from the WiseStamp server-side host.
Create transport rules to control which emails are sent to the WiseStamp server-side host.
Perform a validity check by sending a test email and establish the server connection.
Additional steps for enhancing efficiency and security are presented in the Post Configuration Procedures section. All procedures are performed from the Microsoft Exchange admin center. To get started, log in and expand the Mail flow node.

The first phase of the configuration involves adding outbound and inbound connectors to enable transport of emails to and from the WiseStamp Server-side host.
