As a WiseStamp user who uses the server-side solution, you may encounter connection errors that prevent your emails from being sent or your signature from appearing in your emails. Disconnecting and reconnecting your WiseStamp account may be necessary to resolve this issue. This article guides you through the simple steps to disconnect and reconnect from WiseStamp server-side solution.
To disconnect from the WiseStamp server:
Sign in to your WiseStamp account.
On the main navigation panel, click Integrations.
Click Manage to view the details of your WiseStamp server integration.
Click Disconnect, located at the top-right of the page.
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the disconnection and complete the process.
To reconnect:
On the main navigation panel, click Integrations.
Click Connect for the appropriate option for your account type (Outlook 365 or Google Workspace)
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the integration process.
