Plan, billing, and seat changes are managed by the account owner. Whoever completes a purchase becomes the account owner and controls the subscription. The Plan & Billing page is visible only to the account owner, so if you are an admin or team member and cannot find it, that is expected. Ask your account owner to sign in and make the change, or contact our support team for help identifying your account owner.
What is the difference between seats and employees?
A seat is a license that you purchase, while an employee is a person with an email in your directory who uses that license.
The Seat Limit: The total number of seats you pay for is the maximum number of employees you can have activated at any given time.
Under-capacity: You can have fewer employees activated than the total number of seats you own. For example, if you pay for 20 seats but only have 15 employees activated, your signatures will function normally.
At-capacity: You cannot activate more employees than the total number of seats purchased. To add a new employee once you have reached your limit, you must either deactivate an existing employee or purchase additional seats.
How do I add more seats to my plan?
Profile icon: Click the Profile in the top right of the screen.
Plan & Billing: Select Plan & Billing in the dropdown menu.
Manage Subscription: In Subscriptions at the top of the page, click the three-dot icon and select Manage Subscription.
Seat selector: On the payment page, use the plus (+) and minus (-) controls in the Add employees section to select the number of additional seats.
Complete purchase: Review the costs in Summary and click the blue Complete purchase button.
Please note that the Pro+ plan is capped at a maximum of 10 seats per purchase.
How do I activate the new seats in my account?
For seat changes to take effect, you must log out of your WiseStamp account and log back in to refresh the seat count.
How do I buy more than 200 seats?

Can I assign an admin without using a seat?
Yes, you can designate admins to manage the account without them occupying active seats in your subscription.
